Meet Peggy, Gossip Side Telephone Table

Peggy, was named after "Peggy Bundy". I named her this because Peggy Bundy live wearing her animal print with bright colors. I can just see her here sitting at this small table gossiping with her friends on the telephone.

What a beautiful piece to accent a room! I can see her in many places in my own home, maybe the entry way where I drop my purse and keys, or my bathroom where I can slip on and off my slippers or comfortably lace up my shoes or even a precious side table where I keep my remotes, reading glass and magazines. She's a perfect pop of excitement anywhere you place her.

Now how did she get so sexy? First and foremost, she was cleaned and sanitized. Then I hand painted her in a few coats of "Vintage Linen" from the non-toxic and no VOC paint by Debi's Design Diary paint line. This is a very thick and highly pigmented paint and I sealed her in Big Top Clear coat before adding the cheetah print and flowers. Then I sealed her up again.

Her cushion has also been recovered with a beautiful cheetah print fabric that feels like velvet.
