Refund policy

Refunds and Returns:

We accept returns for any reason on eligible items.  You have a 14-days from receipt of item to request a return.

Eligibility:

The item must be in the same condition as you have received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Processing Time for Refund:

Items meeting the refund requirements will be issued IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the returned item.  You will be refund at 100% of the product cost including sales tax, less original shipping cost, back to your original form of payment.  And you will be notified via email from Just South of Urban of your refund.

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return item.

NO RETURNS ON: 

Paint, crafting materials, used paint brushes, furniture, jewelry boxes, gift cards, sale items and close out items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, and and make a separate purchase for the new item.
