I found this little gem recently in really good condition, it just needed a bit of updating. It had ugly yellow lining and was dark brown, the original stain. I gutted the lining and sanitized it completely. I thought it would be gorgeous in a soft blue with elegant gold tones and found this amazing velour fabric as inspiration.
Once I had her fully painted I thought she need flowers, big beautiful summer and fall flowers and viola Chrysanthemums fit the bill. I hand painted these big beautiful blooms on the top so they are the first thing you see when you go for your favorite daily jewels.
Chrysanthemum has 6 drawers and a ring compartment with a mirror. Her bottom is fully lined with velvet to protect your furniture.
She is 14.5" long (left to right) x 5.5" deep (front to back) x 8" tall (top to bottom).
